We also DO NOT RECOMMEND you to purchase longer length virgin hair, such as 28'', 30'' 32'' 34'' even though we have these options. Don't ever try it before you understand how high maintenance it will take. Below are the details.
Our Hair Color:
Hair is non-dyed and collect from donator directly. Each bundle color varies a little. It arranges from black #1, dark brown #1b to brown #2. When u place the order, u can leave us a note with ur order for special color requirements, we will pick hair for u before delivery. For real virgin hair, the color shade from the top to ends which is normal, as we all know the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends, usually virgin hair ends will be lighter than top and middle. for example, the top and the middle are black shade to ends 1b or even lighter at last 2~4 inches that's also split ends area.Split/Dry Ends:
Split Ends--For virgin NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair. When donator's hair is longer enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. So split ends are really normal, CAN'T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair have no spilt ends at all! if u are picky, we do not recommend to purchase :) Dry Ends--Our hair will be a little dry after high termperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. With right products to condition and moisture treatment the hair, it will help a lots.Nits/Eggs:
We do have nits/eggs quality control. The raw hair with nits and eggs are select out before we put into production. So 99.5% products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement.Gray Hair:
virgin non dyed hair have few strands gray hair inside, we usually pick the gay hair out on production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand, and pick the few strand out yourself. Thank you!Corn Chip Smell:
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! :) But we do wash the hair when we produce it, it's may have local shampoo smell on it, anyway, it will lift ur shampoo and conditioner smell shortly after co-washLength Remark:
Wavy and curly hair will look much shorter compared with straight one. You should measure the length of hair when it is STRAIGHTLY stretched!

Q. How many bundles hair do I need?
A: Our hair is 100gram per bundle, 3.5ounce, usually 3 bndles enough to make a full head. If your head is bigger size than standard, it is better to take one more bundle.
Q. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Q. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil and dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combine(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q. How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hairstylist prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.
Q. Why the colors of hair extensions don't seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same color No will have a little color differentia. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors' code as the international color swatch says.
Q. Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron or straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
