This size chart just for wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, prom dress.

2. For custom made size, as follow is a measuring guide for your reference.

This gown can be custom made according to your measurements. If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit

A. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( shown on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!!!

B. We create item according to the picture, so we don't guarantee the creation and picture completely same.

C. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

D. Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color, (No Additional Cost)

E. Please give me your exactitude size and color when placing an order, and I am very happy to process returns when neccessary ,in order to make the gown very fit with you !

F. Before ordering, please read this listing carefully and ask all your questions. To send an email, please click on the link, "Ask seller a question" at the top right hand corner of this listing. We will answer your questions within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a reply please resend your email.

Our Dress Maker suggest you choose "Detailed Size" Option. The standard size is also Ok.

If you choose "Detailed size" Option, Our Service will send size form to you for your measurements. 

Shipping:

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 30-35 days once your payment is completed. 

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Therefore, please DON’T leave us 1, 2, 3 or 4-Detailed Seller Ratings on Shipping Time and Shipping Charge which equal to negative feedback. We welcome your positive 5-Detailed Seller Ratings for us.

Return & Exchange:

We want customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer's satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or dissatisfied must be approved by  within 14 business days of receipt of order.

You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.

Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.

No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.

On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless  is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
