3.The height adjustment will be 0-8cm via the turnning knob . It can suitable for small personality gift to print such as phone case , business card , U-disk to print . if this height can not fit for your request,we can customized the one with height to 20CM

Flatbed printer can refill eco solvent ink or textile ink, but two types of ink mix will have risk of print head clog, if you use one machine to refill two types of ink, you must have two print head to replace (notice: The inexperience person replace print head maybe make the cable plug broken then lead to risk of burn out the main board and print head )

4. It will come with the instruction book ,maintenance instruction, Operation videos in CD with machine together .Please read the manual and precautions before using it, if you do not know how to install it, please contact with us, we will reply you in time, please do not install the machine by yourself with wrong method, if not, we won?t in charge of it based on the machine man-made broken

5.We offer 12 months warranty to whole machine except for consumable of print head , cartridge , as well as WHOLELIFE technical support , if you have any problem you met ,we will give you professional guide .

6. The flatbed printer is different with other industries machine, once sold to customer to use and non-machine quality problems or any excuse to request to return, we do not provide return service
