Why you need this  warm enclosure ?

When you use a CR-10S/S4/S5 printer  , you may not  satified that only use it to print PLA, some time you need  print ABS,PC or even nylon.  and even undersome condition,like print a very large size item, PLA may not performace good enough, so how you going do with it?   as all know, ABS is more flexable than PLA, if the bed temperature is not heating well, it won't stick well  on it.  but CR-10S/S4/S5 bed can not easily heat to 100°C，so if you need to print ABS, you need to make the heated bed able to heating to 100°C. That why you need this warm enclosure .

Feature

1:the enclosure with heating control function, can make inner space heat to 60C max, and help heated bed heat to 100C， can help print ABS better,even you can print PC and nylon after you do some DIY work on the nozzle 

2：The enclosure with light bar and watch window, can observe printing process freely

Printing test :After heating to 100°C，The S4 printed a 120mm ABS box with very thin wall 

Package difference 

1: No heating. only come with enclosure , light bar and extension wire , it not help heating the build bed. good for CR-10S use. 

2: With heating sheet . come with enclosure , light bar , extension wire  and a heating sheet. the heating sheet is heating the enclosure inner air maximum temperature to 60°C. It's take about 45 minutes to let CR-10S4 heated bed reach 100°C, but since it heat the air directly, so only need to set the heated bed as 90C-95C, then can print ABS or PC  .at this situation the heating time will be less too

3: With silicon heated pad.  come with enclosure , light bar and extension wire  and a silicon heater stick to heated bed.  the silicon heater is with independent plug, very powerful , can  heat the build bed to 100C within 3 minutes, if you choose this , please let us know  you bed size is 300-300mm or 400-400mm.
