SYK-8A is equipped with the following six types: Φ16mm, 20mm, 26.2mm, 32.5mm, 39mm, 51mm

SYK-8B is equipped with the following six types: Φ20mm, 27.5mm, 34mm, 43mm, 49mm, 60mm

Steps for usage:

1. Before the hole is opened, the drill hole is first drilled with a 11.5mm guide hole.

2. Screw the piston rod into the screw hole of the piston cylinder, then insert the washer into the piston rod and insert it into the die. Then the piston rod is inserted into the guiding hole of the workpiece, and finally the blade edge of the punch is tightly combined with the processing surface, and the punch, the workpiece and the die are reliably fixed.

3. Close the oil return valve clockwise, then press and hold the force-applying handle repeatedly to start the piston pump. The oil pressure rises and the shearing knife increases between the concave and convex molds. The mold cuts the hole on the workpiece until it is cut. . Stop pressing the force-applying handle immediately after cutting

4. Loosen the oil return valve counterclockwise to completely unload the oil pressure. After the above four steps, complete a complete drilling operation procedure.

5, unscrew the punch, remove the waste plate in the die, wipe the mold

Note: The hole opener can only open holes in the metal plate. The metal plate refers to the iron plate/aluminum plate below 4mm, and the stainless steel plate can only be within 1.2mm.
