MBT 5250, temperature sensorThe MBT 5250 is a heavy duty temperature sensor that can be used to control cooling water, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and refrigeration systems in conventional industries and marine applications.The temperature sensor uses standard Pt100 or Pt1000 components, which can be reliably measured with high accuracy. According to customer requirements, MBT 5250 can also be equipped with NTC/PTC components during delivery.
The sensor core is attached to a silicon rubber cable, which gives the sensor excellent vibration resistance. All parts that come into contact with the medium are made of AISI 316 Ti stainless steel. MBT 5250 comes with a DIN 43650 plug, but can also be equipped with M12 or DIN 72585 bayonet according to customer requirements.
Applied to a gas or liquid medium, such as air, gas, steam, water, or oil
Medium temperature can be as high as +200 degrees C
Pt100 or Pt1000 impedance element
You can use 2 or 3 wire connections
Gold Plated joint (external and internal threads)
The sensor core can be replaced
