ability.
Steps：Fix the photoelectric switch to make the detection distance meet the requirements.According
to the packaging paper you use, refer to the following light source selection guide table,
determine the switch light source (take green as an example) and then according to your
mechanical needs to determine the output mode of light or dark movement.Finally, the
sensitivity is adjusted according to the following three steps (the following is the output
bright motion mode, the packaging mark is light color, and the back shadow is dark color as
an example).
(1) move the wrapping paper so that the spot of light falls in the shadow area after the mark,
rotate the sensitivity backward to the bottom, and then slowly rotate clockwise until the
indicator light turns on.Remember where the potentiometer is (point A).
(2) move the wrapping paper so that the spot of light falls in the center of the mark. The
indicator light will be on at this time. Then, slowly rotate counterclockwise to adjust the twist
until the indicator light is off.
(3) after the above two steps of operation are completed correctly, the potentiometer can be
set at the middle C position between A and B, and the adjustment is completed.The greater
the distance between A and B, the greater the color difference and the more stable the
detection.But A, B two points should be at least one grid distance, otherwise the detection will
be unstable.
Matters needing attention ：
1. Be sure to check whether the power supply used conforms to dc12-24v plus or minus 10%
before power on, and the maximum is no more than 40V, otherwise it may damage the
photoelectric switch.
2, in order to ensure high stability detection, to ensure that two points: one is the detection
distance in accordance with the specified rated spacing, such as the spacing of 12 + 2mm, in
the installation must make the spacing of 12mm, so that the switch can have up and down
4mm vibration stability zone, and when the spacing of 10mm, its up and down vibration zone
is greatly reduced.;The other is to adjust the sensitivity strictly according to the operation
steps.And every time the packaging material is changed, it should be readjusted.
3, installation should prevent direct light into the optical lens or take appropriate shading
measures.
4. The temperature, humidity, vibration, impact and other corrosive gases in the working
environment may affect the work of the photoelectric switch. Please try your best to eliminate
these influences.
5. Pay attention to the cleaning of the optical lens at ordinary times, and try to avoid the lens
standing up when installing to reduce dust.
