1.A/ Seller method way means send machine to local seaport by sea , terms is CFR. please make sure can clear customs .
Import duties,taxes and your local fees are not included in the price or shipping charge .These charges are the buyer's responsibity.Pls make sure you can clear customs before order if can not clear customs before the deadline, your Customs will distroy the goods, and you have to bear all cost caused by the Customs clearance dealy. If want to send by courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex or EMS, pls provide us with your city name, post code, so we can check if arrive, if remote areas and how much they cost.
B/ Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you order.
For Russia, we can ship machine to your city by land transportation. Please contact us to confirm the shipping cost and customs tax.
2. When payment and shipping information are confirmed, shipping will be made within 7 working days.
3. It's FOB trade term. The buyer should pay sea shipping cost, surcharge of port, including handling charges, custom clearance cost and import taxes. EXW and CIF, DDU, DDP terms are also acceptable. We ship goods by sea to your seaport (you need to find broker to help you clear customs).
4. On arriving at the destination port, the machine should be picked up soon. Or the buyer should pay the relevant demurrage charges.
5. If want other courier like DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or EMS, please also provide us with your city name and post code, so we can check the delivery detail and cost.
6. Please check all goods carefully and report to us within one week if there are any parts loss or machine problems (photo evidence needed). The machine is specially customized product with big size, so we do not accept return with pretty high return cost. But we are confident in our products quality. And lifetime tech support and free spare parts (Consumable parts not included) during warranty will be offered for each buyer.
7. If we are not on line, please leave us messages on Aliexpress about any questions on our product or your order, then we will reply you within 24 hours.
We have 1year warranty about the laser cutting machine ,and 3month warranty for laser tube and mirrors set .
