Description
Principle of measurement: The linear motion of the measured object is transformed into rotational motion by flexible wire rope of sensor and measuring wheel of winding wire rope (the displacement of this type of sensor can reach 2000 mm). The measuring wheel is connected with the axis of the encoder. In this way, the linear displacement of the measuring rope can cause the encoder to rotate its axis and output a positive proportion of the recorded values. CALT cable-drawing displacement sensor supports various output circuits. The cable-drawing device can output collector open circuit NPN, push-pull circuit, long-line drive circuit and RS422 circuit with photoelectric incremental encoder; RS485, Modbus RTU, SSI, 4-20mA, 0-10V output can be output with intelligent multi-loop absolute value encoder; 4-20mA (2 lines), 4-20mA (4-10mA) can be output with precision potentiometer and amplifier circuit. Line, 0-10V, 0-5V and various resistance output!
