Do you accept custom-made, do i need to pay you extra cost for it? We do not have MOQ for wedding dresses. We accept custom-made service free of charge, but it will take 15-25 days to finish. Q: what's your delivery and payment? We have ourslevfs Factory ,all dresses made After your paid , It will take 2-4 weeks for few samples, 5-7 weeks for 20-100 pieces regular orders. Q: What if the quality problems occur Who will bear the shiping cost if my dresses need to be modified? We will bear all the shipping cost if the products we made wrong or made mistakeYou have 3 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the shipment received date for quality problem ,If this item is in your possession over 5 days. It is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement

We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.
It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
