This jack pad tool should be used with a floor jack with a flat bottomed saddle that is at least 3-inches in diameter and no more than 3/8-inch deep. Four of the jack pad tools can be used with a four-arm lift to increase the clearance between the lift arms and the vehicle side skirts.
The O-Ring provides sufficient "grip" to hold the tool in place during maintenance procedures. The Neoprene washer protects the paint on the jack point from being damaged. The groove around the perimeter of the tool provides a convenient finger grip for removing the tool from the jack point.
An optional 15mm extension is available for applications where more clearance is desired between the chassis and the arms of a two-post lift or the frame of a floor jack. The tool is not intended to be permanently installed.
