Payments

1) We accept ESCROW, you can use the online platform to pay the money.
2) Before buying, Please make sure your payment address is correct.  Or not, please correct it before payment.
3) Please leave note in payment order when making the payment if you have any special request (colors/size).

Returns & Refund

1) DOA (Dead On Arrival) or Wrong Item will be offered exchange. Refund will be offered if stock is not available.

2) Buyer needs to pay return shipping cost. Item must be returned undamaged in its original box.

3) If you want a refund because of the item defect or some other quality problems, please contact us within 3 days

after you get it. The fee relating to the repack mailing should be overtaken by yourself.

4) Less than 0.5 percent of the bundle sometimes may get lost, but please don't worry about it. If you still fail to 

get your ordered items within the estimate time, please feel free to contact with us as quickly as you can. We will 

be responsible for resending you new items.
