Technical note:

In our wind solar system, solar panels power relative to the Wind turbine power is very stable power supply, so we had a wind solar hybrid controller mainly for Wind turbine design the booster MPPT charging technology and step-less unloading function, and in view of the solar panels still take simple and efficient PWM charging technology.

Parameter Settings

Press Enter key,the controller into the parameter set interface, as shown infollowedpic,Vfloat” represent this time can be set to float charging voltage value, the user can press or key numerical,each time you press the increase or decrease 1v,set up finished,the user can press the ESC key to exit to browse the first page, can also continue to press Enter to switch to the next project, operation method as above.

Use environment 
1. Should be in a clean dry ventilated environment. 
2. Avoid direct sunlight and the sun, rain, humid mist of the environment. 
3. To avoid dust in a soil, dust in the environment. 
4. The battery should be placed away from 0.5m or more.

1.    What kinds of battery type are workable for this controller?

1)  This model is designed for charging GEL and lead-acid battery.

2) But there is another type wind solar hybrid controller is workable for GEL/LEDD-ACID/LITHIUM ION battery

5.    Does this controller need to connect the solar panel and the wind turbine at the same time when is working?

7.  How to calculate the max charge current in 12v or 24V system?

1) The model 1400w80 means the max can be connected with WIND 800W+SOLAR 600W, the system voltage normal is designed in 24V. so the max charging current is 1400W/24V=58.3A. 

2) The models of 500W30(300W wind+200W solar) ,450W30(300W wind+150W solar) ,750W50(500W wind+ 250W solar) are designed for 12V system. So the max charging current in 12V system is 750W/12V=62.5A

7.    How to design my power system connect with wind and solar power?

1)    Model: 1400W80 means the max wind connecting with 800W, solar max connect with 600W.

But in order to extend the controller life, we advise the user to connect lower wind and solar to put into power. Otherwise in long time working in max power connecting, the controller will be easy damaged in future.
